Chris Richard singled, moved to third on Rhyne Hughes double, and scored on John Jaso’s groundouts. Durham 1, SWB 0. Sonnanstine looks good so far.

No runs on 3 hits. So fat the Yanks have not been able to figure him out.

Elliott Johnson tried to tag and go from 1st to 2nd on a long fly ball to right. Shelley caught the ball with his back to the wall, uncorked a perfect throw, and nailed Johnson sliding into second!

Back to back doubles by Miranda and de Caster and an RBI single by Colin Curtis and we are tied at 2.

Marte is on in relief.

Marte just gave up two bombs to Elliott Johnson and Matt Joyce and Durham leads 4-2. Even the outs were hit hard and long. He is not fooling anyone with his stuff. Gene Michael is here and I think he just threw up.
