In promotion news, Andrew Brackman was promoted to Trenton & Zolio Almonte was promoted to Tampa. Almonte is a 21-year old center-fielder. This is quite the leap for the young man. Tampa: Dellin Betances finally stood foot on a baseball mound tonight, and pitched extremely well in a victory. Betances (22) went 6 innings, allowing 1 run on 3 hits. He walked nobody and struck out 6. Betances is one of the biggest prospects in the organization (talent wise and size was) when he is healthy
